So recently Kim Go Eun who recently portrayed Ji Eun Tak in the popular drama Goblin uploaded a makeup free picture on Instagram but was met with a ton of malicious comments calling her a "toad" and "ugly" among other things. I have a lot of opinions on this....

First off, I love Korea but I absolutely hate the mindset of fans. They have absolutely no regard for those that they look up to. I'ts not like in America where we kind of hold our idols on a pedestal and keep them there. We're supper encouraging and we never bully them on social media to the point that the actress or singer takes it off social media.

Secondly, she looks better makeup free than I do. At least she has existent eyebrows. And her skin looks fucking flawless.

Third, how the fuck do you just rationalize posting mean comment on someone's picture because you didn't like it????

Kim Go Eun has the same amount of rights as any person on Instagram to POST WHATEVER THE HELL SHE LIKES! it's her account. I'm sure those netizens leaving some snide ass comments are lonely people who are jealous of the work she's done. She has had 2 big dramas back to back where she's a lead and one that has the second highest ratings in Korean TV history at the age of 25.

note to netizens: stop bullying, stop demanding. idols and actresses and actors have the same amount of rights as you do. you don't like it? skip to another picture. do something with your life rather that bullying on a social media platform. challenge her if you have the qualifications to do so. are you confident enough to post a makeup free selfie? Kim Go Eun is a natural beauty, Those who fail to see that are just jealous.

[NEW DRAMA & EP. 1 REVIEW] 내일 그대와 "Tomorrow With You" Featuring Shin Minah and Lee Je Hoon

from AsianWiki Blog
This past Friday, February 3, a new drama on TVN aired taking over the time slot previously held by the very popular (&one of my favorite) drama Goblin: The Lonely and Great God. This new drama stars the ever so beautiful Shin Min Ah and Lee Je Hoon in a "Time Traveler's Wife" feel and is set to air 16 total episodes.

TVN these past couple years have continually impressed me being that many of my favorite dramas aired on the channel and Goblin was so good that even my mom paid for premium membership on DramaFever so she could watch it. This being said, any drama from TVN I have big expectations for and this drama took the cake already in the first episode.

I don't want to put any spoilers because I'm just not the type to spoil the fun of watching a TV show and taking away the pleasure of watching the story unfold for yourself but I do want to say that this show, already, has shown so much potential for a great story. I'm hooked.

The cinematography is absolutely fantastic and is up to par with Goblin. It feels like you're watching a movie. It doesn't have that feeling that you're watching a TV show which just enhances the storytelling.

I mentioned that this story has that "Time Travelers Wife" feel because the story is of this guy (Lee Je Hoon) who can time travel when he rides the subway but he finds out he dies in the future; in order to save himself he must find the girl (Shin Min Ah) he died with at the same time, day, and location in order to pretty much change his fate. And...the story goes on from there. Trying to be vague so as to not spill any unwanted details.

I think it's a drama worth a watch.

Also if you guys see that the first episode is quite choppy and a little bit confusing, the directors are just showcasing the choppiness of time travelling.

Happy watching everyone!!!
